6 Steps to Moving into a Rental Home:
Step 1: Determine Your Budget
Calculate what you can afford (typically 30% of your income). Consider additional costs like utilities, security deposits, and renters’ insurance.
Step 2: Search for Rentals
Use can use online services and direct property websites to search for homes for rent. If you would like the searching done for you, hire a Realtor (Like myself) to do the work for you. You can also drive around neighborhoods to spot "For Rent" signs.
Step 3: Tour Potential Homes
